MONTHLY CHECKS: Starting, January 1st, 2017!

With currently 13 members and growing, Fey and I have agreed to create these Monthly Checks out sister Forums have to keep activity up!
In the announcement threads, I, Fey or another admin assigned to these Checks will look over them as well as seeing who and who does not post.

How these Monthly checks work, you, the User must post the according form each check has with your character's name, what faction they are in, their sex, as well as their current age.


These checks will not only ensure the forum's activity but also rule out all of those spam accounts, or those computer controlled accounts bots may create. Which it is nice having that number of members increase, but what is the point of having that number if no one is active? Anyways! 

As a form of repercussions, we thought that life is a thing and also tends to get in the way of things such as these Activity Checks. So I thought of a way to keep tabs on who missed what check, and by how many times. Fey and I agreed on 3-Strikes-You're-Out type thing, so if you missed 3 months worth of Activity Checks, your account WILL be deleted.

You're totally allowed to re-make said account, that's fine! You aren't blocked or booted from the site, but it's just a sort of nudge to ensure our members don't leave their account to collect dust. Banning and Account deleting are two different things.

Banning will permanently keep you off of our site if you break rules or cause us admins a large amount of trouble to not only us but also our members/community.

Deleting an account is just that, your account is deleted but it can easily be replaced and you can either reclaim your characters or give us admins to seize them and put them into storage. 

But I digress!

These checks are very important and I highly advise all of our members at least be active BY January! Because we give you the entirety of January to fill out said Activity form, then on the last day of January, we close the Thread and then release the next month's check, and it all becomes a cycle for the entire year. 

So if you can't make it? Don't worry, first strikes don't mean much. The most you'll get is a PM from one of us just to warn you!
