Though if the cats in the adoption center are made by an official Administrator/moderator, they are automatically approved and can be roleplayed upon confirmation of adopting the cat by the thread author. And that same thread can be used as proof for the cat's approval if need be. If you are looking for a cat to adopt, be sure to make sure that the cat for adoption says it's available in the title of the thread so you know isn't taken yet.
